Fitness is a set of attributes that people have or achieve that relates to the ability to perform physical activity and maintain their health. Fitness plays an important role in every person’s life, whether we maintain good or bad fitness. It has direct effect on the way in which we experience our lives every day. Our level of fitness can affect: how much energy we have to carry out our day, the way we feel emotionally, the strength of our immune system, among other things.
