North County CONNECT is a program dedicated to improving the sexual health of our community. We provide health education, free oral rapid HIV testing, risk reduction counseling, and PrEP. Our program is brought to you by Vista Community Clinic and funded by the County of San Diego, Health and Human Services Agency.
